| yeah iv got a bench at home. I can do alot of things with that set. it will end up costing around 450 because of the delivery i think its worth it |

dont be lazy dont make excuses schedule around your gym session make a weekly plan have a goal get some mates involved find a motivation |

The best fat burners in my own opinion are as follows.
L-Carnitine injectable. L-Carnitine oral (to a much lesser effect) ECA stack - Ephidrine extract - Caffeine - Aspirin. Thermogenic fat burners - raises body temp which raises your heart rate which raises calorie burning.

100 burpees every morning, this will get your metabolism firing and when your body can't get enough energy from food it will use fat...which is where carnitine comes in it basically helps in transporting fat for energy production. Carnitine is an amino acid. |
